Switch and toggles

Switch to head maps the head selection function. The main toggle, players toggle, radar toggle, and items toggle switch those systems.

Toggles are not the same as hold keys. A toggle stays in the new state. A hold runs while the key is down.

Store them

Binds can be saved inside a named config with the other settings.

/features/key-binds and /features/config.
