Select a profile, name a new one, and add it. No cloud sync is included.

Three controls
Select your custom config loads one you already saved. Create new config name is the text box. Add new config writes the current supported settings under that name.
That is the whole config section on /features/config.
What gets stored
The profile keeps the aimbot, ESP, color, and key bind choices the menu supports.
It cannot store a cloud copy. Nothing in the product list says profiles sync between PCs.
A simple split
Some players keep one profile with a small FOV and little loot text, and another with more item categories for looting.
Name them so you can tell them apart after a patch.
